Abe the Aviator's Homepages !
IMPORTANT NOTE: Apologies for the recent lack of regular updates to my pages. This is due to a sudden unilateral reduction in free webspace by my ISP TalkTalk, who absorbed the once excellent and reliable PIPEX. As a result, I have removed some of the older information and links (eg 2009 and 2011 Helitech photos), but I hope that the Duxford pages still prove of help during visits.
Shows visible and true identities, c/ns and previous identities and latest locations.
Wallis Autogyro production histories (now updated to include photos from the 1960s, 1970s & 1980s as well as in 2001) to assist anyone who has attended the Wallis Days at Shipdham (including visits to Reymerston Hall) or in subsequent years and as a tribute to the late great Ken Wallis. Temporarily removed due to TalkTalk space restrictions, but pdf file available on request. Other odd reports and comments will be included here from time to time as space allows.

WHO IS ABE THE AVIATOR ?
He also still owns the balloons below - showing their age (as does the owner !) after being first flown in 1977. Final public exhibition in Air-Britain Sales marquee at Popham on 5 May 2007 they are now back in store ! Those below show G-BERN on inflation at Bath after acceptance from Charles Saffery (to the left of the balloon) and other shots show both “performing” at the Marsh Benham Icicle meet in 1978.
